Execute Recipe

In a bowl of hot water, soak the apricots for 15', so that they soften and mash them.

Crush the cookies and put them in a bowl.

Add the chopped almonds, almond butter, cinnamon, ginger, honey and butter to the bowl.

Mix to combine the ingredients and shape into balls.

In another bowl, mix the coating ingredients (grated biscuits and coconut), and roll the balls inside.

We keep the energy balls in an airtight box in the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature before consuming them.

40 g. honey (or agave)
40 g. vegetable butter, melted
¼ tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp ginger powder
