Execute Recipe

In a bowl, add the peanut butter , cream cheese , sugar and vanilla . Mix with the mixer for 1 minute .

In another bowl, whip the milk cream . Add the cream with the peanut butter we prepared and froth for 1 minute more.

In a circle ( or opening round form 18-20 cm. ) , make a layer with ¼ of the peanut butter cream , continue with a layer of cookies, and alternately make 2-3 layers of cream-biscuits , leaving a layer of peanut butter cream for the end .

Freeze the confection in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Just before serving, pour over the melted couverture and decorate with 2plo Gemistas.

For the peanut butter cream

200 gr. cream cheese

350 g. peanut butter, soft

120 g. powdered sugar

350 g. cream, frozen

2 tbsp. vanilla extract or 1 vanillin capsule  


For serving

80 gr. couverture chips , melted
