Crush the hazelnuts with a multi-cutter and roast them for a few minutes.

Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or in a bain-marie and beat it with the avocado with a hand blender or multi-cutter.

Add the hazelnuts and 8 grated miranda, mix and put the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Beat the rest of the miranda with a multi-cutter. remove the chocolate mixture from the refrigerator and form 15 balls, passing them through the Miranda grater.

Optionally, pin the balls on sticks and store for a few days in the refrigerator.

1 ripe avocado

120 g. couverture or dark chocolate
